There’s a special offer on one of our favourite vacuum cleaners. Pre-order the Halo Capsule in the new rose gold and black colourway and it’ll cost you just £169.99 – the lowest price we’ve ever seen for it. It’s usually available for around £249.99, which is already very good value. And even on sale, the best price we’ve spotted is £199.99.
But you’ll need to be fast. The offer is only on while stock lasts, and only from the maker’s website, Capsule Clean.
Order now and it’ll be delivered to you at the end of April. In the bundle, you’ll get the vacuum cleaner body, wand and floor head, a wall dock and charging cable, two additional cleaning heads and three months’ worth of vacuum bags.

Capsule Clean
Here’s why you should go for the deal.
We think that the Halo Capsule is one of the best cordless vacuum cleaners you can buy – especially for its price point. It’s a cleverly designed cordless with a 1mm thick carbon fibre shell that means it’s the lightest vacuum we’ve tested at 2.6kg.
Not the right vacuum for you? Have a look at our round-up of the best vacuum cleaners we’ve tested for our top recommendations.
It has excellent battery life as well, with up to an hour of use before you need to charge it (as with all vacuum cleaners, this measurement is without a motorised head and on the lowest suction setting). But we found that in normal use, it lasts well over half an hour, which should be more than enough for most cleaning jobs. The lithium-ion battery charges from flat to full in a nippy three hours.
However, this model – the original Halo – doesn’t come with a removable and swappable battery. If that’s a feature you want, we’d recommend opting for the Halo Capsule X. Read our Capsule X review to find out more or check out the offers on the Capsule Clean website.
The Halo Capsule is also a bagged vacuum, a great option for allergy sufferers and anyone who loathes the job of emptying their cordless vacuum’s bin – and the resultant dust cloud in the face. But as the bags are biodegradable cardboard pouches which can be composted, there’s no environmental downside to the Capsule. They’re not expensive either. You can buy a pack of 26 from the Capsule Clean website for £25.99.
Each bag has a 1.6L capacity – about the twice as much as the average 0.75L dustbin size on a cordless Dyson – so 26 pouches should last you a year.
There are other very nice design features as well, including the fact that you can use the main motorised floor head straight on the body of the vacuum in handheld mode to clean stairs. Altogether, it’s probably the best vacuum you can buy for its price point.
