Black Friday sales for 2025 have ended, but there’s good news because one of the best deals we saw is back for Christmas.
Samsung’s brand-new Galaxy Tab A11 had a whopping 34% off, and those who snapped it up will be feeling smug with their purchase, perhaps wrapping it as a gift for someone else.
The tablet deal ended ahead of Black Friday itself, leaving the Tab A11+ as the best tablet deal on the day, but it has now returned in a matching Christmas discount.
What’s the deal?
The Galaxy Tab A11 starts at £149, but this deal means you can get it for under £100.
A brand-new Samsung tablet for just £99 is crazy. It only launched in August and will no doubt be one of the best-selling Android tablets of the next year or so.
You can get this deal at Amazon, where it says the deal ends on 22 December, though there’s a chance it goes out of stock so don’t wait on it.
As we saw throughout November for Black Friday deals, other retailers are also offering the same price, including Currys, Argos, John Lewis, AO, Very and Samsung – so you can shop where you prefer.
There are different factors to consider such as delivery costs, Nectar points (at Argos) and optional offers (at Currys). They are all likely to follow suit with the deal’s end date.
The deal will get you the cheaper model with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. This might be enough for basic usage, but think about opting for the more impressive 8/128GB Tab A11.
Especially if you want to do more demanding tasks like gaming as well as give the tablet the best chance of running smoothly towards the end of its lifespan (Samsung offers a huge 7 years of support).
Argos has a great price on this Tab A11 at just £119, the lowest it’s ever been and saving £70 (or 37%).
Why buy it?
The Galaxy Tab A11 got a glowing 9/10 review and our Editor’s Choice award. It ranks 2nd in our list of the best budget tablets.
The Galaxy Tab A9 was one of our favourite budget tablets of the last few years and the Tab A11 (Samsung skipped the Tab A10 model number) is more of the same.

Sure, there are downsides to the tablet, but nothing that isn’t understandable or expected at this price, let alone the deal getting you it for even cheaper.
The design is the same and most of the specs are as well but you get a stylish slate that’s highly portable at just 8mm and a little over 300g. I can even fit it in some trouser pockets.
The display is compact at 8.7-inch but big enough to make viewing content easier than your phone. Battery life is good and you get Samsung’s popular One UI interface and you get a whopping 7 years of software support, which is essentially unheard of for a device so cheap.
Don’t expect lightning performance, the best cameras or the latest wireless tech, but this is a very cheap tablet and is suitable for a wide range of situations.
