If you have a Virgin TV 360 box or a flexible Virgin Stream box, there’s good news. You can get three months of the exercise app Fit at Home, free of charge.
This typically costs a tenner a month, so you’re essentially getting a £30 virtual fitness membership at zero cost, with over 500 videos to choose from.
These include pilates classes, strength classes (both with and without weights) and dance fitness. If you want something a bit more rehabilitative and relaxing, there are physio and meditation sessions available – all at different lengths depending on how much time you have to spare.
Fit at Home even includes specialist classes, such as workouts that are pregnancy safe, and exercises designed to engage kids.

The classes are led by an instructor, and there are profiles available so family members can have personalised sections. If you own a Garmin watch, you can connect it to the Fit at Home app.
If you want access, all you need to do is go to the Apps section of your TV and scan the QR code for the Fit at Home app when prompted. However, make sure you do so before 30 June 2025, as this is when the offer expires.
Sky customers can get a similar free trial for the app MVMNT, though this is only for 45 days.
