The Oppo Find X9 Ultra has leaked in full ahead of its official unveiling, and it’s shaping up to take on all comers.
Oppo will be announcing its new uber-flagship phone, the Oppo Find X9 Ultra, very soon indeed, and the UK market should be included. Given how good the Oppo Find X9 Pro is, we’re rather excited.
Our excitement for the launch of the phone has been somewhat tempered, however, by a whole host of leaks. The latest stems from a Bulgarian website, and it seems to reveal the whole kit and caboodle ahead of an alleged April launch.
The follow-up to the Oppo Find X8 Ultra (see title image) will apparently be fronted by a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 3120 x 1440 (QHD+) resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 3,600 nits.
That screen will be covered by Oppo’s own NanoCrystal Glass, while the frame will be metal and there’ll be a fake leather back, with a design that evokes classic cameras.
With a thickness that varies between 8.65mm and 9.1mm and a weight of 235g or 236g, this won’t be subtle. It will be waterproof, though, with comprehensive IP66, IP68, and IP69 certification.
It’ll run on a top-tier Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, of course, with a lofty 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage as standard. Similarly, capacious will be its 7050 mAh battery, while there’ll be support for 100W wired and 50W wireless charging, as confirmed via Chinese certification.

Oppo is a serious camera contender these days, the Oppo Find X9 Ultra clearly means business – as evidenced by its huge camera module, an image of which leaked recently.
The recent report confirms that it’ll run a Hasselblad-backed dual 200Mp camera set-up – one for the main shooter, the other on 3x telephoto duty. Add to that a 50Mp 10x periscope camera and a 50Mp ultra-wide, as well as a 50Mp selfie camera.
Make no mistake, this one’s going to be picking fights with the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, the Xiaomi 17 Ultra, and the iPhone 17 Pro Max – and it might just win a few of them.
